In 2014 Phil Schrupp began planting the roots for SOTA Fitness with a single mission in mind... to transform people's lives and the way they experience fitness and nutrition forever.

He believed that to truly transform your body, you need to transform your lifestyle. Our facility has earned hundreds of testimonials from amazing people who have turned around their lives using our practical, balanced, and sustainable approach to health and wellness. 

Our mission at SOTA isn't just to help you lose weight and gain muscle (which you will), but also to help you develop better habits so that you can attain and maintain the lifestyle and the results you earn here!

HOW WE CREATE TRANSFORMATIONS

 

From the start, we always knew that we needed to do more than just get people sweating. We needed to create a space where everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, feels comfortable pushing themselves to the next level. A place to sweat out any self-doubt or uncertainty and take control of your life one workout at a time.

That's why each and every guest that comes through our door is treated as an individual and not a number. Personalizing your experience gives us the opportunity to understand your goals and help bridge the gap separating you from them. Whether you're training 1-on-1 with us or in a group of many, we've got you.

We don't sell access passes, we create opportunities for growth. These principles helped us establish our core values of efficiency, accountability, and community (more on those below), and continually allow us to help people change their lives, forever.

Training sessions at SOTA are meticulously designed to give you better results in less time. Our methods are backed by science and dished out by certified trainers with backgrounds in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition science. We only do what's effective, and we do it very well, giving you more time for what's important outside of the gym.

The workouts will always leave you invigorated and ready to own the day, but how you spend your time outside of the gym will determine your long term achievements. Together we'll set goals to keep you on track at home and provide all the support and guidance you'll need to get there. From grocery store trips to advice on how many tacos you can have for dinner, we're with you every single step of the way.
