About the eventWeight loss is changing. As GLP-1 medications become more common, many adults are looking for better ways to lose weight while preserving muscle, improving body composition, and supporting long-term health.
Join us for a free educational seminar exploring how GLP-1 medications, strength training, nutrition, and body composition testing can work together as part of a comprehensive approach to weight management.
Our panel of experts will cover the medical considerations of GLP-1 medications, the importance of maintaining muscle during weight loss, how strength training and nutrition support long-term results, and how tools such as DXA body composition scans and metabolic testing can provide a more complete picture of progress beyond the number on the scale.
