SOTA PERSONAL TRAINING IS DESIGNED FOR YOU IF

 
  • You are brand new to fitness or nutrition and want to make sure you’re doing things correctly the first time

  • You struggle to stay motivated and need accountability from a coach to stay more consistent

  • You’re not seeing results from your current routine and want to break through a plateau

  • Your nutrition needs a tune-up and you just want someone to tell you what do to at home to start seeing results

  • You have a busy schedule that requires flexible scheduling options

TAKE THE FIRST STEP


 

Your journey starts with a 15-minute Discovery Call. We’ll ask a few questions about your health history and goals to ensure we’re the perfect gym to help you.

Towards the end of our call, we’ll schedule your Starting Point Session. During this initial appointment, we’ll give you a quick tour of our facility, introduce you to the team, guide you through a short intro workout, and put together a plan of attack to get you feeling your absolute best again.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

 

 
 

1-ON-1
PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with us 1-on-1 to emphasize your individual goals and give you the highest level of attention and service. Offered in both 30 and 60-minute sessions, training 1-on-1 is the most targeting and effective approach to reaching your health and fitness goals.

 

 

SMALL GROUP
PERSONAL TRAINING

Train alongside friends, family members, co-workers, or other like-minded adults as you progress toward your individual goals within a supportive group dynamic. Small group training sessions are 40-50-minute sessions and have a max of 3-6 people.
