What's expected:

  • Follow our meal guide & track your nutrition using MyFitnessPal

What are classes like at SOTA?

You've NEVER BEEN?? You know your first class is free, right? Our classes combine strength training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep your heart-rate elevated throughout our workout. That means you burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which has been shown to raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent. 

TRIED and TRUE. During our last challenge in January, average participants:

  • Burned at least 2% or 5 lbs of straight body fat
  • Gained 1.5% of lean muscle
  • Lost an entire inch off their waist
  • Gained the CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, and KNOWLEDGE to follow through with their results after the wrap up session!
