The emphasis we have on nutrition is what differentiates us from everyone else. Sticking to a meal plan can be the most challenging part of the process, but it has the strongest effect on transforming your body. That's why we coach you on more than just what to eat, but why you're eating it. We believe understanding the science behind the nutrition helps you stick with it.

Nutrition coaching takes place at the beginning of every personal training session. We'll review a food log and continually adjust what, when, and how we eat until we develop a sustainable, realistic, and balanced meal plan that fits your lifestyle. You don't need to stay in every weekend to avoid bad eating habits - we'll leave room for the things you can't live without.

HIIT Fusion members also receive a 30 minute nutrition assessment upon starting and receive a meal planning guide to make sure you're eating the right things before & after classes. Recipes and nutritional tips are regularly posted on my Facebook page, Instagram account, and through my blog, so stay connected!
