WHAT IS THE SOTA FALL CHALLENGE?
It’s our most successful program ever, designed to help you fit workouts and good nutrition into your busy lifestyle. Our mission is get help you build strength, stamina, and confidence, so you’re feeling your best before the holidays.

WHY SHOULD YOU DO IT?
We’re closing in on the most challenging time of year to stay motivated. Holiday parties, work events, and low motivation often send people spiraling out of control until January 1st.

We’re challenging you to weeks of regular workouts and building healthy nutrition habits. Show up, work hard, and we’ll help take care of the rest! Our proven process has helped hundreds of people get into the best shape of their lives - and they all started with this.

WHEN DOES IT START?
The challenge kicks off on Saturday, October 19th, and wraps up the week of November 25th, right before Thanksgiving. Info sessions are being held on:
Tuesday, October 15th at 7pm
Thursday, October 17th at 7pm
…and Friday, October 19th at 12pm
