Each day of the week is dedicated to targeting and strengthening specific muscle groups. This type of programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.
All classes last approximately 50 minutes.
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS:
Start off the week sculpting your entire upper body. That means crafting some head-turning definition in your back and arms. Working on your pull ups? Don't miss this one.
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS:
Ah, glorious leg day. On leg days, you'll burn the most calories and give shape to your butt and thighs. We work everything from the waist down. You'd better fuel up.
Wednesdays are for working on those push-ups and building a bulletproof core.
SATURDAYS: TOTAL BODY
Weekends are reserved for the complete SOTA experience. We'll hit multiple muscles groups and get you breathing hard. Everything that makes our classes great, you'll find here.
