THE weekly SPLIT
Each day of the week is dedicated to emphasizing specific muscle groups to strengthen. This type of programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.
While each day has it’s own emphasis, every workout includes a dynamic warm up, strength training, cardio, and core work.
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS:
Ah, glorious leg day. On leg days, you'll burn the most calories and give shape to your butt and thighs. We work everything from the waist down. Make sure you're fueled up!
Wednesdays are for building the entire body, increasing endurance, and developing a bulletproof core with a mix of compound movements, core isolation, and interval work. Come get some!
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS:
Sculpt your entire upper body with a mix of pressing and rowing movements that are guaranteed to craft some head-turning definition in your back and arms. Working on your push ups or pull ups? Don't miss this one.
Weekends are reserved for the complete SOTA experience. We'll hit multiple muscles groups and get you breathing hard. Everything that makes our classes great, you'll find here.
