STRENGTH & INTERVAL CLASSES

Our classes are designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations we employ are proven to lean and sculpt your body. We stick to the science of what's effective, and ditch the trends. All you have to do is show up.

THE SCIENCE

Give us 100% and our classes can burn 1,000 calories. We combine strength training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. That means you’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which has been shown to raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent. Stay consistent, follow our nutrition guidelines, and you'll develop an amazing physique, safely and efficiently. Now THAT'S something worth sweating for. 


THE EXPERIENCE

It's more than just iron and intervals. Workouts include dynamic warm ups, mobility, and stretching.  Expect fresh new workouts every day of the week. The experience you have here will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to crush the day. Our playlists will push you to move faster and work harder than you thought capable. The energy of the room amplifies your work ethic and allows you to lose yourself in the process as you become the very best version of yourself. If you can get through a class with us, you can handle anything and everything else your day can throw at you.


weekly Breakdown

Each day of the week is dedicated to targeting and strengthening specific muscle groups. This type of programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.

All classes last approximately 50 minutes.

MONDAYS & THURSDAYS:
BACK+BICEPS+SHOULDERS

Start off the week sculpting your entire upper body. That means crafting some head-turning definition in your back and arms. Working on your pull ups? Don't miss this one.

TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS:
BUTT+LEGS

Ah, glorious leg day. On leg days, you'll burn the most calories and give shape to your butt and thighs. We work everything from the waist down. You'd better fuel up.  

WEDNESDAYS: CHEST+TRICEPS+ABS

Wednesdays are for working on those push-ups and building a bulletproof core. 

SATURDAYS: TOTAL BODY

Weekends are reserved for the complete SOTA experience. We'll hit multiple muscles groups and get you breathing hard. Everything that makes our classes great, you'll find here.
