Each day of the week is dedicated to emphasizing specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen. This type of programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.
While each day has it’s own emphasis, every workout includes a dynamic warm up, strength training, cardio, and core work.
MONDAYS / THURSDAYS
LOWER BODY STRENGTH + HIIT
Some of our favorite workouts of the week! Lower body days are one of our more challenging workouts. Expect to burn some major calories and give shape to your butt and legs.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH + HIIT
Wednesdays are for training the entire body, increasing endurance, and developing a bulletproof core with a mix of compound movements, core isolation, and interval work. Be ready to bring you A-game!
TUESDAYS / FRIDAYS
UPPER BODY STRENGTH + HIIT
Sculpt your entire upper body with a mix of pushing and pulling movements paired with high intensity cardio intervals. It's a combination guaranteed to develop some head-turning tone and definition in your back and arms.
SATURDAYS / SUNDAYS
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH + HIIT
Weekends are reserved for the complete SOTA experience. We'll hit multiple muscles groups and tune up your conditioning. Everything that makes our classes great, you'll find in our weekend classes.
