HIIT FUSION CLASSES

Our signature HIIT Fusion classes are designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations we employ are proven to lean and sculpt your body. We stick to the science of what's effective, and ditch the trends. All you have to do is show up.

THE SCIENCE

A HIIT Fusion class can burn 1,000 calories. We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. That means you’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which has been shown to raise your resting metabolic rate by up to 15 percent. Now THAT'S something worth sweating for.

It's more than just iron and intervals. Our workouts leave you feeling invigorated and ready to crush the day. The music pushes you to move faster and work harder than you thought you were capable of. The energy of the room amplifies your work ethic and allows you to lose yourself in the process as you become the very best version of yourself. If you can get through a class with us, you can handle anything and everything else the world can throw at you.

 

weekly Breakdown

Each day we focus on a different muscle group. Our programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body. Classes last approximately 50 minutes.

MONDAY: ARMS+ABS

Start off the week crafting a killer set of biceps, triceps, and abdominals. Tris for the guys, curls for the girls. 

TUESDAY: BUTT+LEGS

Ah, glorious leg day. On leg days, you'll burn the most calories and give shape to your butt and thighs. Better fuel up.  

WEDNESDAY: BACK+SHOULDERS

Wednesdays are designed for anyone looking to improve total upper body strength and sculpt some head-turning back muscles.

THURSDAY: AB ASSAULT

Achieve a flatter stomach and build a bulletproof core with a combination fat burning interval work, ab work, and compound movement strength training.

FRIDAY + SATURDAY:
TOTAL BODY

Weekends are reserved for the complete SOTA experience. Everything that makes our classes great, you'll find here.

Membership

 

Upon becoming a HIIT Fusion member, you'll meet 1-on-1 for a complementary 30 minute nutrition coaching session to chat about what small (or large) changes you can make to your nutrition in order to get the most out of your classes. Membership also means you'll get regular nutrition coaching upon request. Prices are based on month-to-month billing. Commit to 6 months and you'll get your first month for $49! Class packs have no expiration date.
